Conveyor Belt Choice
(1) Explain the name and the properties of the material accurately. Especially the particle, temperature, whether need acid-resistant or alkali-resistant, or other special requirements. Such as the temperature specification in the using of the heat-resistant conveyor belt.
(2) Explain what the conveyor belt will be used for and the request to technical data (such as width, length, ply-no, thickness, etc), Especially the heat-resistant conveyor belt's working temperature and loading.
(3) In transportation and storage, should be kept clean and to avoid under sunlight, rain and snow, to prevent contact with the acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent. Distance must be one meter away from the heating device.
(4) When store in the warehouse. The warehouse temperature should keep between -18C~ 40C
The relative humidity should keep between 50%~80.%
(5) During the storage, the conveyor belt must be package in rolls, not folding, the conveyor belt should be turn over once every three month..
