Brief Introduction:

Vibrating feeder is a kind machine to feed materials in patches and particles to the receiving device evenly, regularly and continuously from the storage bin when it works. In the sand production line (sand production line and stone production line), it can feed continuously and evenly to the crushing machines and roughly screen the materials. The vibrating feeder is mostly applied in the metallurgical, coal, ore concentration, construction, chemical and grinding industries matched with the machines in crushing and screening.

Working Principle:

GZD Vibrating feeder is mainly consisted of vibrating frame, vibrating motor, spring, supporting base and wear-resistant scale-board. The startup of the vibrating motor forces the frame to vibrate on the supporting spring. Driven by the vibration, the materials slip and sling on the chute so that the materials will move forward and the feeding is completed.
